If you experience a faulty item we sincerely apologise. You can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange.
Please note all bespoke pieces or pieces that are handmade to order are non-refundable. If they are faulty we will repair them within the first 6 months if an issue occurs.
For all other pieces All UK purchases can be sent back to us within 14 days of arriving with you. Please email email@example.com to let us know you are sending your piece back to us.
All international returns can be sent back within 30 days of arriving with you.
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card via Paypal.
Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
